HFO Story

Hero Family Outreach began humbly in the home of our founder and Chief Operations Officer, Danielle Robinson. She and several others packed and sent care packages to her son and his Marine Corps unit while deployed. The positive morale impact was seen immediately, especially during the holidays. Growing in size every year, 2017 saw the birth of Hero Family Outreach as a non-profit with 3 focal points: Paws 4PTSD, Mission 4Zero (suicide prevention training), and Packages 4Patriots. With community involvement, thousands have received blessings around the world.
From volunteers to the CEO, HFO is wholly volunteer-based. Each person donates their time and do not take salaries so that 100% of funds received are used to benefit our Hero families.
